Erratum

Following publication of this article (Ilukor et al. 2016), it has come to our attention that the affiliations were captured incorrectly and all authors were listed as being affiliated with Makerere University College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Kampala, Uganda. The correct affiliations for each author can be seen above in the author list.
