Priority livestock diseases of concern identified by stakeholders at multiple geographic levels in south-central Tanzania. Priorities differed among stakeholders focused on livestock health at three nested geographic levels: 1) government veterinarians responsible for surveillance in the Southern Highlands Zone or extension services in Iringa Rural District, 2) extension officers delivering livestock health services to multiple villages within Pawaga and Idodi divisions, and 3) pastoralist households within Pawaga and Idodi divisions.
